Best Asian Fusion Restaurant in Sleepy Hollow, Amarillo

We were just driving through Amarillo and wanted something quick and convenient, and Chop Chop Rice Co. was the perfect find. The service was fast, the food was hot and flavorful, and the whole experience was super easy. I got the teriyaki chicken rice bowl, and it was way better than I expected for a quick stop. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and great flavor. It definitely beat the usual fast food options. If you’re on the road and need a solid meal without the wait, this place is…

This was my first time ever eating here! Joe was so helpful explaining the menu to me and letting me know what the top sellers were! I was craving the original chicken and it was AMAZING! We also tried the orange sriracha chicken! I’m a wimp when it comes to spicy food and this stuff was great! Just the right amount of heat and sweet. The egg roles were on point! And the dessert- oh my gosh I could barely stop myself from only eating one it was so good! I will definitely definitely be coming…

My family and I love coming here! We are never disappointed. If you want good Japanese food without the price of attended a hibachi restaurant then I highly recommend this place. The manager, Joe Gorman, was very helpful when asking questions and is a great manager. The salads and their fried rice are delicious.

We order from Chop Chop Rice Company at least once a week, and it never disappoints! The quality of the food is always top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time. Whether it's the rice bowls, proteins, or sauces, everything tastes thoughtfully prepared. On top of that, the service is just as impressive. Orders are always accurate, timely, and the staff is friendly and professional. It's clear they take pride in what they do. Chop Chop has become one of our go-to spots for a…
